Course Delivery and Structure
The Exercise in Pregnancy and Postpartum program is delivered in two modules: Exercise in Pregnancy and Exercise in Postpartum, each comprising 12 guided learning hours ( 24 hours of Theoretical and Practical sessions ), with a total qualification time of 50 hours per module.

Dr. George Assaf, Ph.D., is a distinguished expert in Sports Physiology with a wealth of experience collaborating with elite athletes and professional teams across the Arab World, including national football and basketball teams. As an Olympic Coach for Track and Field athletes, he brings extensive knowledge and expertise to the realm of sports performance and training.
OSTEOPATH D.O
Romy Makdissi, osteopath D.O, an ESO Paris graduate, prioritizes holistic well-being. With a focus on sports and anatomy, she contributed to the recovery of the top 14 rugby team Stade francais and holds a yoga certification from Paris. Specializing in women's health, she trained in the hypopressive method and pre/postnatal yoga under Dr. Bernadette de Gasquet. Currently in Lebanon, Romy integrates osteopathy and yoga at Performance First, Beirut Yoga Center, and OSC.
ATHLETIC PHYSIOTHERAPIST
George is a Lecturer at Antonine University's Sports Science Faculty, serving as Head Physiotherapist at Performance First Training Center. He also leads the Athletic Department at Antonine University and provides physiotherapy for Division 1 basketball, futsal, and volleyball teams. Additionally, George supports athletes on their journey to Tokyo 2020 Olympics and the Indoor World Championship 2022.
