Three diplomas are offered under the PT Program: Regular Diploma, Self-Learning Diploma, and Personal trainer - EREPS Approved Course allows you to work abroad.

EREPS Approved Diploma

Now offering the EREPS approved PT EQF level 4 diploma, 

Dive into a comprehensive program encompassing 110 hours for 3 months of theoretical and hands-on sessions.

This diploma is your passport to fitness opportunities in Europe and in Dubai.

Regular PT Diploma

The regular personal trainer diploma, accredited by the Lebanese Ministry of Education, offers a solid foundation for local career opportunities in fitness. 

With a curriculum tailored to industry standards, this certification paves the way for fulfilling roles within the region, emphasizing practical skills and fundamental knowledge. 

Self-Learning Diploma

Self-Learning Diploma

Study on your own time and train to become a certified personal trainer!

Register for the self-learning program, which is accredited by the Lebanese Ministry of Education, if you do not have the luxury of time but are interested in developing your skills and knowledge as a PT.

As an Olympic Coach for Track and Field athletes, he brings extensive knowledge and expertise to the realm of sports performance and training.

 Samir is a Social Media Director and Digital Strategist with a strong background in advertising and media across the Levant. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management, a Master’s in Media Studies, and numerous certifications in digital marketing and social media strategy. Samir leads successful social media campaigns for numerous brands in the Levant and serves as a Faculty Lecturer at Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU). He is also the president of IAA Lebanon - Young Professionals, driving innovation and growth in the advertising industry.

ATHLETIC PHYSIOTHERAPIST 

 

George is a Lecturer at Antonine University's Sports Science Faculty, serving as Head Physiotherapist at Performance First Training Center. He also leads the Athletic Department at Antonine University and provides physiotherapy for Division 1 basketball, futsal, and volleyball teams. Additionally, George supports athletes on their journey to Tokyo 2020 Olympics and the Indoor World Championship 2022.

DOCTORATE IN PHARMACY AND YOGA INSTRUCTOR

 

Elissar is a multifaceted individual excelling in various domains. She serves as a Yoga Teacher for the Lebanese National Basketball Team and is the Manager of Humm Beirut. She holds the prestigious title of three-time National Powerlifting Champion. She imparts he expertise as a Professor at Antonine University and Sports Academy School, while also being a certified Yoga Teacher at Jivamukti Yoga in New York City.

Joe is a dedicated dietitian specializing in sports nutrition. He works as the clinical dietitian at Performance First Gym, where he applies his expertise to help athletes optimize their diets for peak performance. Additionally, Joe contributes to the coaching diploma program by delivering lectures on sports nutrition. His professional qualifications include a sports nutrition certification from Haigazian University, as well as specialized training in PCOS awareness and emotional eating through CATALYST.

Mr. Ghassan Dandash is a mechanical engineer with double masters’ in energy and robotics and a physical preparation professional with a masters in sports sciences; his solid educational background combined with his 15 years’ engagement in rugby league, on national and international levels, as both athlete and coach, makes him a valuable asset in the world of sports sciences and academic education

Chriss is a dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach with a BA in Physical Education and a European Diploma in Physical Preparation (DUEPP). His qualifications also include a Teaching Diploma and an AFC Level C Football Certificate. Specializing in post-rehabilitation, Chriss currently serves as the S&C coach for the LebanMAKDISSIese women's national basketball team and Homenetmen Antelias Women's D1 basketball club. His expertise lies in enhancing athletic performance through comprehensive, tailored training programs.

Joe also hold an AFC Level C Football Certificate, demonstrating his expertise in optimizing athletic performance for national football and basketball teams.

Fady Taha is a business graduate with a Diplôme Européen de Préparation Physique (DUEPP). A former athlete with the Antonine Club and cyclist with Homenetmen Club in the Lebanese championship, Fady also has military experience. He has been working in the insurance industry for the past 20 years, leveraging his diverse background to excel in his field.

Romy Makdissi, osteopath D.O, an ESO Paris graduate, prioritizes holistic well-being. With a focus on sports and anatomy, she contributed to the recovery of the top 14 rugby team Stade francais and holds a yoga certification from Paris. Specializing in women's health, she trained in the hypopressive method and pre/postnatal yoga under Dr. Bernadette de Gasquet. Currently in Lebanon, Romy integrates osteopathy and yoga at Performance First, Beirut Yoga Center, and OSC.
